Compared to the previous Inamura prechopper (AE-4293) which can divide soft nucleus, it is easier to penetrate the dense nucleus because the tip. The tip can also delicately be opened [and used for separation]. For a counter [pre-chop technique], a second instrument is necessary for nucleus over Grade 4.
