Any instruments deemed unrepairable will be returned or discarded, depending on your preference. 1. Clean and sterilize all instruments to be repaired. 2. Use a sturdy shipping box with packing material to protect the instruments. 3. Include the repair form and indicate which instruments are being sent, if a quote is requested, and any additional instructions. 4. Ship via a secure, trackable method. Corza is not liable for any instruments that are lost or damaged while in transit.
