Compared to the previous Inamura prechopper (AE-4293) which can divide soft nucleus, it is easier to penetrate the dense nucleus because the tip. The tip can also delicately be opened and used for separation. For a counter (pre-chop technique), a second instrument is necessary for nucleus over Grade 4.
